  • How does housekeeping work if I have never hired a cleaning service before?

    We recommend starting with a deep cleaning so we can address any long-term buildup throughout the home from top to bottom. After that initial visit, most clients move into a recurring maintenance schedule, whether weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly. We bring all of our own professional-grade products and equipment, so you do not need to provide anything unless you have a personal product preference you would like us to use.


  • What does cleaning service pricing start at?

    Our services start at around $250. Pricing is adjusted based on the specific needs of your home, including factors like pets or young children that require extra time and attention. Add-on services such as interior oven cleaning, interior appliance cleaning, laundry and linens, dishes, and interior window cleaning are also available.   • Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

    You do not need to be home. Many of our clients are busy professionals and parents who are away during the day. For every cleaning, we use a Photo Release Form to document our work and manage professional liability. This gives you a clear record of the condition of your home before and after the service, providing peace of mind whether you are home or not.


  • Are your staff members trained and consistent?

    Yes. Our core team includes two full-time employees who handle the majority of our scheduled cleanings. We also have four as-needed staff members for high-demand periods.
